flow process

follow the process that is present

Acknowledging and reflecting on oneself and the world are essential components of this process, leading to transformation and the experience of meaning in one's life. These transformations are often a result of experiences and learning processes, with the potential to create individual, social and universal changes.

“Paradoxically we are ‘self’ and we are ‘world’. The two emerge in our experience of being through the relationships we participate in. From a participatory understanding of the wholeness of nature, the whole of life is not a thing but a prosess but a process that comes into being through all living beings and their relationships. We can describe life as the sum total of trillions of ‘indivuduals’ of breathtaking diversity of speicies, and it is equally valid to understand life as the transformative process that wavws all of these temporatory manifestations of being alive through and in relationships into an underlying unity.”

self-awareness

the precursor to make any other change

Being in touch with one's own body, sensations, and physical experiences is a key aspect of self-awareness and effective self-management. Embodiment emphasizes the connection between the mind and the body and how this connection can be leveraged for greater self-awareness and self-regulation.
