Comfort: Ensuring that the space is comfortable with suitable seating or cushions. Comfort can contribute to a sense of physical security, allowing you to focus your attention inward.
Lighting: Using soft, natural light or muted artificial lighting to create a calming atmosphere. This can help you feel safe and relaxed.
